Clam Sauce over Linguine

Ingredients
- 3 cans (6.5 oz.) Minced or Chopped Clams (undrained)
- ¼ cup canola oil
- 2- to 3 Tbl. minced Garlic (about 8 cloves)
- 1½ cups chopped fresh parsley
- 10 oz. Linguine noodles, dry
Directions:
1. Follow package directions for linguine (time so this finishes about the same time as the clam sauce [which takes about 8- to 10 minutes]).
2. Add oil to a medium saucepan, and cook garlic over medium heat until tender (3- to 5-minutes).
3. Add clams (with juice), parsley, and bring to simmer for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
