Creamy Tuna Casserole

Ingredients
- 1B lb. Bowtie Pasta, dry
- 2 cans (10.75 oz.) reduced sodium, Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 3 stalks of Celery, cut into ¼-inch pieces
- 1 large Onion
- 8 oz. fresh Mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cans (6 oz.) Tuna, light, water pack
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Make pasta according to package directions, drain
3. Saute onions, celery and mushrooms over medium heat until tender
4. Combine vegetables, and remaining ingredients with the pasta
4. Spray a covered casserole dish, and fill with pasta mixture
5. Cover, and bake for 30-minutes
