Maple Cinnamon Cranberry Sauce

- 3 cups (1 package) fresh cranberries
- 2/3 cup raisins
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup honey
- ¼ cup vinegar (cider or rice)
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a medium pan.
- Over medium heat, cook until cranberries begin to pop.
- If desired, crush most the berries against the side of the pan with a wooden spoon.
- Remove from heat, and refrigerate until ready to use. Sauce will keep in the refrigerator for several weeks.
